She always responded immediately to our requests and arranged showings when we wanted them. She was very helpful and she never made me feel as if I were a bother which I am sure at times I was! I met with her in November of 2015 and wanted tips on what I needed to do to sell my home. She gave me advice on de cluttering, finishing a room, and neutralizing colors. I was moving due to the loss of my husband 4 years earlier, so the process for me to get ready took about 10 months. I was ready to put it on the market in August 2016. Caroline came out and took photos on August 23rd and by the 27th I had 3 showings and 3 offers and sold my house. Now I needed to find a new place to live. We went out looking on August 31, and found a town home I liked in Woodbury. By September 2nd I had made an offer and it was accepted. Caroline was there every step of the way to explain everything. She negotiated closing dates and was very quick to respond to all my questions. This was my first experience buying an existing home and selling one on my own. I couldn't have done it without Caroline's assistance and expertise. She was a joy to work with.

This was my first time ever selling a house; she walked me through every single detail, making sure I was aware of anything that might affect the sale - both positively and/or negatively. She went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and I had lots.

When we sold the house, Caroline did a comprehensive market study that helped us price the house for a quick sale and allowed us to recover all of our equity along with a small profit. She also "staged" the house at her own expense, which I believe contributed to the quick sale at the price we wanted.

Her knowledge and expertise is very evident and her ability to think on her feet, made for a great experience in selling my house and building and closing on my new home. I can not say enough great things about her! With the many choices we have for real estate agents, she hands down, is a great choice. If I could rate her a 10 I would.

She continually went above and beyond our expectations. She helped us with clearing contents from the home, arranging for painting and cleaning, getting estimates for installation of a new furnace, hiring help to complete some minor home repairs and personally staging the main living area. She was always available to answer our questions, listen to our concerns and lend advice. We have already recommended her to friends looking for a realtor to sell their home.

We think that speaks volumes! She takes the time to get to know her clients and learn their preferences, while being realistic and honest in helping them navigate either the buying or selling process.
